Distributor due diligence usually happens through documents — certificates, references, photos. All useful, none decisive. The decisive step is standing on the production floor: seeing the fiber line, the felt ovens, the slat assembly, the QC stations and the containers being loaded. That is why we keep a standing invitation for our partners and prospective buyers to visit MST Acoustics.
What a visit includes
- Production walk-through. From recycled PET fiber to finished panels — including the color reference library where every dye lot we have produced is retained for matching.
- Showroom review. Full product displays: wall panel families, ceiling baffles and clouds, wood slat systems in every veneer finish — the fastest way to build your assortment.
- Technical meeting. Absorption data, fire documentation, fixing methods and private-label program details, discussed with the people who run the processes.
- Sample and artwork planning. For OEM partners, visits typically end with sample approvals and packaging artwork sessions — work that takes weeks by email happens in an afternoon.
Who should come
- Distributors qualifying a manufacturer for a long-term private-label program.
- Contractors and fit-out companies planning major projects who want production visibility and lead-time certainty.
- Specifiers and acoustic consultants who want to see the constructions behind the ISO 354 reports they sign off.
Planning your visit
Visits are arranged through our sales team with two to three weeks’ notice for a full program — production, showroom, technical sessions and sample approvals in one or two days. We assist with invitations for visa purposes, and our team can combine factory days with trade-fair schedules if you are already traveling in the region.
A supplier relationship built on documents alone will eventually surprise you. One built on a factory you have walked through rarely does. Come see where your panels are made — the kettle is always on in the meeting room.
