MST Acoustic Technology offers more than 1,000 products. We make slot-hole and perforated wood panels, wood-wool boards, polyester-fibre and 3D art panels, acoustic wooden slats, aluminium grooved / veneer / cube / buckle / hyperbolic acoustic panels, space absorbers, acoustic soft packages, sound-insulating doors, vibration isolators and QRD diffusers — all available in environmentally friendly, Class A non-combustible, absorbing, insulating and damping builds.

Performance depends on the panel build-up and the air cavity behind it. Typical declared references are slotted 59-5, perforated V32-6, polyester-fibre 12/9 mm and soft packages 50 mm thick. We supply the αw and NRC curve for each build-up with its test report, and the data on this site is based on those reports.

EN 13501-1 B-s1,d0 and ASTM E84 / UL 723 Class B on the polyester-fibre and wood-slat build-ups, with SGS and TÜV reports. For China projects we provide GB8624-2012 B1/A fire and GB18580-2017 E1 formaldehyde certificates. The full certificate pack is sent with every quotation.

Yes. Our wood-slat and PET-felt panels use felt made from recycled plastic bottles; boards carry E1 formaldehyde classification and we offer Class A non-combustible builds. Wood wool and fast-growing engineered veneer are used to cut virgin-wood consumption.

Most made-to-order ranges start at 300 m²; stocked items can ship in smaller quantities. The MOQ is confirmed per product and per finish.

Yes. Custom dimensions, RAL / Pantone colours, printed faces, perforation patterns and edge details are standard for project orders. Send a drawing or a photo of the finish and we quote within 24 hours.

Yes — A4 samples are despatched within 7 working days, worldwide, with the absorption data for that build-up.

Typical lead time is 15–25 working days from order confirmation, plus transit. Sea freight from Shanghai is the default; China–Europe rail and air freight are available for urgent projects.

Wall panels are adhesive-fixed, mechanically fixed or hung on a keel system; ceiling clouds and baffles use hangers. Every product page states the recommended method, and we supply shop drawings and fixing schedules.

Yes. For complex ceilings and acoustic doors we review the installer’s method statement before the panels ship. For transit damage, photograph the pallet, packing list and panels within 7 days with the order number; replacements are produced on the next run, and repeat panels are matched to the original batch records.
