Demand for PET acoustic panels has outgrown every forecast we made two years ago. To keep pace, MST Acoustics has commissioned an additional PET panel production line at our factory, increasing output capacity and — just as important for our partners — improving what buyers feel day to day: shorter lead times, more predictable scheduling and tighter color-lot consistency across large orders.
What the new line adds
- Higher output. Added capacity on our PET felt panel families (9mm / 12mm / 24mm), ceiling baffles and cloud systems.
- Shorter standard lead times. Stock programs and standard colors ship faster; project orders gain more production slots per week.
- Batch discipline. In-house fiber and felt production lets us control dye lots and density across long production runs — the detail that decides whether panels ordered in different months match on the same wall.
- More room for customization. Extra capacity frees slots for CNC-cut shapes, printed graphics and OEM programs without stretching standard orders.
Why capacity is a partner’s problem, not just ours
Every distributor knows the pattern: a supplier performs well until a big season arrives, then everything slips — your projects wait behind someone else’s. Capacity planning is how we protect the reorder schedules our channel partners build their businesses on. The new line is our answer to the year-end rush: more slots, earlier booking windows and a production plan we can commit to in writing.
Booking 2027 programs
For planned 2027 projects and private-label programs, early booking now carries real scheduling value: reserved production slots, locked color batches and consolidated shipping windows. Contact our sales team with your expected volumes and product mix — wall panels, baffles, wood slats — and we will map them against the production calendar before the rush begins.
Same standards, more throughput
Capacity growth changes nothing about our quality gates: recycled PET fiber with controlled dye lots, ISO 354 absorption testing per family, EN 13501-1 B-s1,d0 and ASTM E84 fire documentation, and export packing with pre-loading photo confirmation. More panels, same panel — that is the promise the new line lets us keep.
