Which density for a 50 mm cavity?
48 kg/m³ is the standard cavity fill; move to 64–96 kg/m³ for thin cavities or stronger low-frequency targets.
Is the cloth really dust-free?
Yes — the glass-fibre facing encapsulates the fibre; that is the point of the package.
Can it be used standalone?
It is designed as a cavity fill behind a facing panel, not as an exposed finish.
