Description

3D PET Acoustic Panel — Hexagon

3D polyester fibre panels are CNC-routed from solid PET felt into hexagonal relief tiles. Changing the colour and orientation of each tile builds formations that play with light and shadow — a design-forward absorber with serious acoustic performance underneath.

Key features

  • 100% polyester fibre (recycled PET), porosity ≥ 85%
  • CNC-routed hexagon relief
  • Thickness 9 / 12 mm · sheet size up to 2400 × 1200 mm
  • Multiple colours, mixable per tile

Octave-band average of the 250–2000 Hz bands (NRC) ≈ 0.80. Coefficients are quoted for the mounting described above; a different cavity depth or backing moves the curve, so confirm the build-up with us before fixing the specification.

Frequently asked

Can tiles be mixed in colour?
Yes — per-tile colour mapping from your artwork is standard.

Is the relief deep enough to matter acoustically?
The routing adds diffusion at high frequencies on top of the felt absorption.

How are tiles fixed?
Construction adhesive or mechanical fixing; both are covered in the installation guide.
